His professional background includes experience in in-house legal consulting, providing support to companies in contractual matters, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory management. He has participated in drafting and reviewing labor, commercial, and service contracts, preventing and mitigating legal risks, handling administrative and judicial procedures, and coordinating matters before public institutions for obtaining and renewing licenses, permits, and other business obligations.

Likewise, he has developed experience in judicial processes, legal research, and legal drafting. He collaborated with a firm specialized in personal injury law, participating in handling procedures before Small Claims Courts, drafting memos and legal documents, analyzing legislation and case law, and tracking case files and procedural deadlines. Additionally, as part of the Legal Assistance Office at the Central American University José Simeón Cañas (UCA), he participated in judicial representation and legal support for users in labor, civil, family, and juvenile matters, drafting complaints, judicial documents, and providing legal advice, as well as following up on proceedings and processes before the courts.
