Assists domestic and international clients with matters related to labor law, immigration law, and corporate legal advisory, providing comprehensive support in both preventive management and handling administrative and regulatory procedures.

His professional career includes experience in in-house legal advisory, providing support to companies in contractual matters, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory management. He has participated in the drafting and review of employment, commercial, and service contracts, the prevention and mitigation of legal risks, the handling of administrative and judicial procedures, as well as coordinating matters with public institutions for obtaining and renewing licenses, permits, and other business obligations.

He has also developed experience in judicial processes, legal research, and legal drafting. He collaborated with a firm specialized in personal injury cases (personal injury law), participating in handling procedures before Small Claims Courts, drafting memorandums and legal documents, analyzing legislation and case law, and keeping track of files and procedural deadlines. Additionally, as part of the Legal Assistance Office of the Central American University José Simeón Cañas (UCA), he participated in judicial representation and legal support to users in labor, civil, family, and childhood and adolescence matters, drafting claims, judicial documents, and providing legal advice, as well as following up on proceedings and processes before the courts.
