Lawyer providing specialized legal, preventive, and corrective advice to public institutions. Additionally, coordinates the management of audits by private firms and the Court of Accounts of the Republic, to prevent findings that may affect the acting officials.

Also advises private companies in their relations with the State, assisting in the preparation of bids for tenders, contracts, and the execution thereof according to the Public Procurement Law.

He has served as a legal advisor in various government institutions such as the Court of Accounts of the Republic, the Environmental Fund of El Salvador, the Olympic Committee of El Salvador, and the Municipal City Hall of San Salvador. He has also chaired the boards of directors of private companies and non-governmental organizations, advising private companies in their relations and administrative procedures with the State.

In addition, he is the president of the Association of Professionals of Image, Strategy, and Public Communication (ECOP), a member of the Active 20-30 Club, and also holds the position of director of several foundations dedicated to improving the quality of life of Salvadorans.
