Legal advice to public institutions; coordination of audits. Former legal advisor at Court of Accounts, Environmental Fund, Olympic Committee, and San Salvador Mayor's Office. President of ECOP, member of Club Activo 20-30, and director of several foundations.

He also advises private companies in their relations with the State, assisting in the preparation of bids for tenders, contracts, and the execution thereof in accordance with the Public Procurement Law.

He has served as a legal advisor in various government institutions such as the Court of Accounts of the Republic, the Environmental Fund of El Salvador, the Olympic Committee of El Salvador, and the Municipal Mayor's Office of San Salvador. He has also led boards of directors of private companies and non-governmental organizations, advising private companies in their relations and administrative procedures with the State.

In addition, he is the president of the Association of Professionals in Image, Strategy, and Public Communication (ECOP), a member of the Active 20-30 Club, and also holds the position of director of several foundations dedicated to improving the quality of life of Salvadorans.
