His international perspective was forged at a firm based in Estonia specializing in digital assets and offshore licensing, where he delved into the design of cross-border structures, hybrid schemes, and compliance packages for clients with operations in multiple jurisdictions around the world.

This vision is built on a solid technical foundation acquired at a regional firm with a strong presence in Central America, where he mastered corporate law, foreign investment, tax, civil, and notarial law. Participated in compliance with commercial, regulatory obligations, public tenders, special permits, and execution of corporate governance decisions.
