Douglas Martínez is the Director of Administration and Finance at Torres Legal. In this role, he leads the firm's financial and administrative strategy, promoting its profitability and sustainability by optimizing processes, budget planning, and analyzing key information for decision-making. His main responsibility is to provide partners with timely and reliable information that facilitates the definition of business strategies, as well as ensuring an efficient administrative structure that supports the organization's growth and development.
In coordination with partners and the financial-administrative team, he drives initiatives aimed at strengthening the firm's economic management, optimizing billing and collection processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, strengthening financial reporting, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Before assuming his current position, he gained experience in the delivery, telecommunications, and banking sectors, where he developed skills in financial analysis, investment project evaluation and execution, budget management, continuous process improvement, and strategic planning. He also began his professional career at Torres Legal as a Financial Analyst, working closely with the firm's Financial Management, an experience that allowed him to gain a deep understanding of the legal services and business consulting industry.
