Daniel Leiva is an experienced lawyer with more than 8 years of experience in the legal field. Previously, he held the position of in-house lawyer at the largest commercial bank in El Salvador, where he played a fundamental role in transforming financial processes, services, and products. His focus was on modernization and adaptation to digital transformation within the institution.

During his time at the bank, Daniel was deeply involved in regulatory processes with the financial market supervisory entity. He actively participated in critical areas such as reviewing deposit contracts, designing service models, optimizing customer service channels, and conceptualizing new financial products.

In addition to his experience in the banking sector, Daniel has excelled as an advisor in complex financial transactions. He has worked closely with startups, Fintech companies, and in project financings, providing strategic legal advice and contributing to the success of various financial operations.
