His experience focuses on legal assistance to companies, particularly in the processes of incorporation, modification, and corporate reorganization, as well as in the preparation of documentation related to their operation.

He also participates in the preparation and review of contracts, minutes, certifications, and other legal and corporate documents. Similarly, he provides support in the translation, certification, and legalization of documents, in addition to managing procedures, formalities, and requests before government entities, public registries, and other competent institutions.
