Before joining Torres Legal, Annette worked as in-house counsel at the largest commercial bank in El Salvador, actively participating in complex financial transactions, structuring complex financial operations, establishing and advising on guarantee trusts, securitizations, and providing advice on risk and securities market issues, as well as trust structuring.

Annette's extensive experience also includes working at Holland & Knight (Miami office) and other prestigious international law firms, where she assisted clients in various legal matters, including syndicated loans, acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt securities, and corporate advisory services.
