Experience
Sofía Vega is an attorney with experience in corporate law, intellectual property, and health regulatory affairs. Since 2022, she has worked on corporate governance matters including the registration and updating of documentation with the Commercial Registry, and the handling of corporate books and trademark registrations.
She has also managed legal procedures for pharmaceutical, medical, and cosmetic products before the National Directorate of Medicines and the Ministry of Health, including food and beverage registrations. Additionally, she handled files before the Ministry of Defense and the Immigration Department and drafted contracts, purchase agreements, and other notarial instruments. Her practice supports clients in the commercial and pharmaceutical sectors, combining legal, regulatory, and administrative compliance knowledge.
