Experience

Oscar Giralt is a lawyer who provides specialized legal advisory services, both preventive and corrective, to public institutions. He also coordinates the management of audits conducted by private firms and the Court of Auditors of the Republic, aiming to prevent findings that may affect the acting officials.

Additionally, he advises private companies on their dealings with the government, assisting in the preparation of bids for tenders, contracts, and their execution in accordance with the Public Procurement Law.

He has served as a legal advisor in various government institutions such as the Court of Auditors of the Republic, the Environmental Fund of El Salvador, the Olympic Committee of El Salvador, and the Municipal City Hall of San Salvador. He has also chaired boards of directors of private companies and non-governmental organizations, advising private enterprises on their relationships and administrative procedures with the government.

Furthermore, he is the president of the Association of Image, Strategy, and Public Communication Professionals (ECOP), a member of the Active 20-30 Club, and holds the position of director in several foundations dedicated to improving the quality of life for Salvadorans.
