With an outstanding career of over 15 years in the legal field, Andrea brings valuable expertise in key areas such as Fintech, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, Digital Assets, NFTs, and Tokenization.

Andrea Gómez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences from the Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios and a Master’s in Business Administration from ISEADE-FEPADE, as well as a Postgraduate degree in International Business from ISEADE-FEPADE and the Anahuac University of Southern Mexico. She is also authorized as a Lawyer and Notary by the Republic of El Salvador.

Before joining Torres Legal, Andrea held several prominent roles in the legal and financial fields. Among her previous responsibilities, she provided legal counsel to public institutions on technology matters, and prior to that, she served as a partner at one of the country’s most renowned law firms specializing in corporate and litigation issues. She also had associations with significant institutions in the financial and insurance sectors.

Her experience in the field of Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain is particularly noteworthy, as she has been involved in the establishment of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols, Tokenization projects, and advisory services on Decentralized Autonomous Organizations, as well as the modernization of traditional industries through digitalization.
