Experience

José Cárcamo is part of the Corporate Department at Torres Legal. He is responsible for drafting and analyzing contracts for national and multinational companies. Additionally, he contributes to various transactions, such as M&A and business advisory.

José has worked as a collaborator in several firms in the areas of Corporate Law, Banking, and Finance. He has the ability to draft banking documents, such as mortgages, sales agreements, partial releases, among others. He has also participated in commercial matters for both national and multinational companies.

Notable Participation

Participant in the 38th edition of the OAS Model, where he was part of the simulation of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States.
