Experience

Fátima Rivera advises companies on their legal and regulatory obligations. She assists in drafting documents related to Corporate Governance, Company Law, financial contracting, and documents within the realm of Corporate and Commercial Law.

Fátima has also been involved in coordinating external audit management by private firms and the Supreme Audit Institution (Corte de Cuentas de la República); legal representation in Account Trials; and representing parties in conflict resolution arising from administrative contracts.

She worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador in the Department of Consular Services Information Management for the United States-El Salvador and the Systematization of links to Mexico.

Furthermore, Fátima worked at the University Institute of Public Opinion (IUDOP) providing administrative support in the Department of Information Management and Systematization. She has experience in drafting various types of notarial documents, public deeds, among others.
