Prior to joining Torres Legal, Annette was in-house lawyer for El Salvador’s largest commercial bank, actively participating in complex financial transactions, structuring of complex financial transactions, establishment and advisory of collateral trusts, securitizations, and providing advice on risk and securities market matters, and trust structuring.

Annette's extensive experience also includes working at Holland & Knight (Miami office) and other well-regarded international law firms, where she assisted clients with various legal matters, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt securities, and corporate advisory services.
